Every rank change, its reason (test result, price change, release) and the methodology version it happened under. Ranks recompute weekly, and a tool must lead by ≥2 points on a tested score to swap places.

Baseline week. The seed order published 2026-10-19 (methodology v0.1) is the starting point, so there is no earlier week to move from.
Agent-Ready scores (0–10) were added for all 53 tools from a public-docs review. They feed criterion A but don't change any rank: ranks stay editorial until full tests run.
Evidence reviews for AI Coding Agents (Terminal-Bench 4.0) and Game Dev 3D (3D Arena) are consistent with the current #1/#2 order or don't cover the tools, so no rank changed (the hysteresis rule needs a ≥2-point scored lead before a swap).
Methodology moved to v0.2: Agent-Ready evidence rules and the test-label taxonomy were added. Weights are unchanged.
2026-10-20 weekly check: no rank moved. 16 new sourced releases (Oct 13-20) were added to New releases; none is a test result. The Terminal-Bench leaderboard was re-fetched and has no entries newer than 2026-10-06, so the Oct 19 evidence review still stands.
